Your EmoryCard is your official identification card and enables you to live the Emory Experience through secure, convenient and efficient access to events, goods and services, as well as an identity tool for the safety and security of our campus.

The EmoryCard mission is to provide an array of community-wide, mission-critical services to more than 50,000 cardholders annually, several campus systems, and numerous campus locations.

How to Get Your EmoryCard

Every new employee is required to take various trainings. 

The university has two major training platforms, Brainier and EHSA. 

Brainier Learning Platform:

Brainier Learning Management System (LMS) is Emory's new training location. You can take HR-related trainings on this platform.

Safety Learning Platform:

EHS Assist (EHSA) is the training location for all safety courses.

All new, benefits-eligible employees must enroll for benefits during your first 31 days of employment with Emory.
