Office of Real Estate supports Emory’s enterprise wide mission and objectives through its real estate strategy and assets. It is responsible for real estate advisory, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions and the
development and operation of non-academic real property.

Service Groups

Real Estate Advisory

Provides comprehensive real estate advisory and consultation services to advance and support Emory University and Emory Healthcare.

Leasing

Assists University departments in search of off-campus space when the operational and space needs cannot be met on campus.

Housing

Coordinates and maintains 36 residential Emory owned properties available for rent managed by two Property Management Companies.

Aquisitions and Dispositions

Responsible for strategic acquisitions and dispositions of real property assets on behalf of the University to accommodate future institutional needs.
